整機特性：

1.精密電容儲能點焊機由精密點焊電源和精密點焊機頭組成，精密點焊電源也可與其他自動化工裝配套使用；

2.具有兩段電流放電控制功能和電流緩升及緩降功能，可以有效地減小焊接飛濺，提高焊接質量；

3.配備微電腦控制系統(tǒng)，可以存儲9組焊接規(guī)范供用戶選擇；

4.根據(jù)焊件焊接要求，可選配單面雙點機頭或單面單點機頭；

主要應用范圍：

適合于金屬薄片與金屬薄片焊接,金屬細線與金屬細線焊接，金屬片與金屬線焊接：

①通信器材：電池組合、手機電芯、手機五金等。

②電子元件：連接線、傳感器、電阻、保險絲、半導體元件，電子腳與導線的焊接,線與端子之間的焊接等。
